Animal Charity is seeking a committed and passionate full-time or part time veterinarian with an interest in both shelter and clinical medicine. This position will provide high-quality medical and surgical veterinary care to both shelter animals and public clinic patients. The successful candidate must have a passion for working with people and pets, with a focus on under-served populations.
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
to perform high-quality, spay/neuter surgeries, dentals, and other surgeries as needed
to perform Wellness Exam Appointments,
to perform sick animal appointments to provide care for the shelter animals
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations and ability to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to maintain a positive outlook and to work well in a collaborative environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to developing long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community.

Additional Salary Information: Salary will be based on experience and the candidates preferred work schedule.
