Seeking a F/T or P/T Associate Veterinarian for family-oriented, growing, mixed-animal veterinary practice in Northwest Ohio.

Pondview Veterinary Clinic is located in Archbold, Ohio. We are a busy, multi-doctor mostly small animal practice; roughly 5% of our patients are exotic or large animal species.  We are looking to add another full-time associate veterinarian to our growing practice.

 

 

Our hospital is fully equipped with digital radiology, surgical laser, cold-laser therapy, large and small animal ultrasound, anesthetic monitors, pulse oximetry, CBC and chemistry blood machines and a full pharmacy. We have a newly remodeled facility to better accommodate our ever-growing client base.

We practice progressive, innovative veterinary medicine in a team environment. Our goal is to provide high quality medical care with a "small town" atmosphere of caring for our clients.

With our vast and extensive caseload, we offer an outstanding learning opportunity within a team oriented atmosphere. We encourage a cooperative environment where special interests are encouraged and the doctors work as a team to deliver the best care possible to our patients. Unfamiliar areas and skills can be learned and refined. Experience or interest in reproduction is a plus, but not required.

Our practice is well established (over 35 years) and is under new ownership with 4 doctors that offer small town values along with the latest medical care advances. We have a large client database and have the potential for continued growth.

A little about our location:

We have a family like setting in a pleasant community. There are three local schools that provide excellent education opportunities for young families. Pettisville, one of the local schools, is well-known for the high level of education delivered to their students.

 

Our practice is in a rural area and the land around our building is very scenic with trees, flowers and a nice pond. We are surrounded by fields and a few houses and have a total of 9 acres which makes for a serene tranquil feel.

We are in northwest Ohio, not far from Indiana nor Michigan. The immediate area is a safe community with many parks, playgrounds and picnic areas. A quick drive on the turnpike can take you to either Toledo or Fort Wayne for shopping, colleges, zoos, and more!

Additional Salary Information: We have great benefits. We pay for health insurance, life insurance, CE, PLIT insurance, AVMA and OVMA dues. We match retirement and offer vacation time as well.

We are a busy 3 doctor practice located in rural Archbold, Ohio. We practice mixed animal medicine although the majority is small animal. We offer great benefits and a great schedule with a week day off each week. We have digital radiology, a therapy and surgical laser, new blood machines, many registered technicians and much, much more. Our clients and patients are amazing!
