The Veterinary Medical Center, located on Route 30 east of Bedford PA, has been serving our community for nearly fifty years. Beginning as a mixed animal practice, we have slowly evolved into a five doctor companion animal exclusive practice. We offer high quality patient care in a compassionate atmosphere while being supported by a great community with a wonderful client base. We continually strive to advance the practice for the betterment of our patients and the community. We support and encourage individual veterinary interests, work with a local animal rescue, and support numerous community groups. We have also adopted numerous fear free techniques to improve our patients’ experience. We view our patients as individuals and tailor care to their specific needs. Our current equipment includes digital radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy, high-power dental drill/ultrasonic scaler, and in-house laboratory. Our facility underwent a large renovation in 2019 to better accommodate our shift from a mixed animal to companion animal only practice. We currently have 11 full-time and 2 part-time support staff members who are extremely knowledgeable and well trained. We enhance our staff’s skill set by committing to weekly staff meetings that keep everyone up-to-date, educated, and in sync.
