Village Veterinary Care is a 3 doctor mixed animal practice located in Pataskala, Ohio. Our clientele is comprised of approximately ~80% small animal and ~20% food animal. We provide general surgery/dentals, routine wellness and medical appointments for small animals, as well as a single ambulatory unit for large animal care. We strive to balance providing clients with quality care while maintaining a healthy schedule- we generally alternate appointments every 15 minutes between doctors. Each doctor has a surgery day every week where they spend the morning - lunch doing surgery. We update equipment frequently and focus on progressive medicine and continuing education. Our after hours small animal emergency work is by referral to local 24/hour emergency centers- so there are no small animal on call duties for any of the clinicians at our practice. Large animal emergencies are handled electively by the practice's single large animal clinician.
