I plan to transition my practice over the next two-five years to an entrepreneurial veterinarian.  The highly profitable practice, which is located in the rural community of the Ross Local School District and ten miles south of Miami University, offers a high quality of life by providing a good work-life balance.  As a result, employee turnover is virtually zero.  The smoothest transition would be to a person that possesses the following qualities: 1.) awareness and commitment to Dave Ramsey's financial plan, 2.) civic mindfulness and a willingness to engage in service to the public, 3.) open-mindedness  to mentoring, but confident enough to initiate suggestions that improves the practice, 4.) technical competence that fosters practicing independently, and 5.) willingness to embrace our
