Animal Hospital North, located in beautiful Hickory, North Carolina, is looking to hire a part-time or full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our team.

Animal Hospital North is located between Charlotte and Asheville, at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Animal Hospital North is currently a 4-Veterinarian practice and we are growing and expanding. We are a state of the art hospital with digital X-ray, complete in-house laboratory, pharmacy, electronic records and a fully computerized management system, all housed in a newly renovated facility.

We are primarily a small animal veterinary practice.

Looking for work/life balance? We are open Monday through Friday only. There are no after-hours emergency or on-call shifts and closed on major holidays.

The ideal Veterinarian candidate has excellent medical and surgical skills. In addition, they are professional, reliable, and have an enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and staff.

Qualifications to apply:

•A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited university.

•License in good standing to practice in North Carolina or intent to obtain a North Carolina license within 3 months

•Commitment to high quality pet healthcare

•Practice the highest quality of medicine and surgery.
