Animal Health Center, a thriving AAHA Certified Veterinary Practice in Watertown is in search of a Full or Part-Time Associate DVM to join the team in serving the community with quality veterinary care and authentic, genuine client service. Candidates with the following knowledge, skills and abilities are encouraged to apply!
Hours & Availability
The Animal Health Center team provides excellent care for pets, and their humans, during the following business operating schedule:
- Mondays 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Tuesdays 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Wednesdays 7:30 am to 12:00 pm
- Thursdays 10:30 am to 8:00 pm
- Fridays 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
The practice is closed on Saturdays and Sundays! Candidates who are motivated to have a work-life balance are strongly encouraged to apply! Life needs to be lived, and only by balancing do we remain content in a long career. Days, hours and schedules can be tailored to compliment whatever commitments you have outside of work.
Compensation & Benefits
A competitive compensation package will be designed to reflect your qualifications and the number of days/hours you are available to work. There is room for negotiation so let’s talk!
With our strong support staff you can produce full-time pay with part-time hours, it’s all about working smarter- not harder.
If you are a DVM that has considered owning your own practice at some point in the future, we are open to discussing ownership interest purchase arrangements. Private financing options are available!

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree from an accredited university
- Maintain a commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine
- Remain focused on progressive, quality care AND client satisfaction
- An educational approach to client communication. The more our clients know, the better care they can take of their pets!
