Busy solo small animal practice looking for a veterinarian or two to help us grow and expand. General practice with an emphasis on small animal wellness, general medical care, dentistry and soft tissue surgical cases would welcome a practitioner with interest and experience in these or other areas. The hospital is well-equipped with full in-house lab, DR radiology, surgical and therapy lasers, paperless medical records and more. Write your own ticket for full or part-time, flexible hours, expand into emergency, large animal, orthopedics, or any other areas of personal interest if you choose. Experienced practitioner? Practice how you choose without restriction. New graduate? Happy to provide mentoring and input to help you build skill and confidence. Spouse also works in veterinary medicine? We would be happy to hire you both! No nights or weekends required.
Practice is located in a small college town in northern Maine with low crime, good schools and plenty of outdoor activities available in all seasons. The area is growing and we're seeing plenty of new clients as well as established generations of local families, lots of opportunity.
