Do you value being able to help our furry friends while still having a tremendous work-life balance? WE DO TOO! Red Hills Veterinary Hospital is a rapidly growing and highly reputable 6 doctor, AAHA accredited practice looking to add another full-time Associate Veterinarian to our team.
We are centrally located in the northeast corner of Wyoming in between the Black Hills National Forest and the Bighorn National Forest in the city of Gillette, WY. We offer a great work-life balance, with no on-call hours, a four-day workweek, one evening shift per week, and one-weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday hours) per month. We recently moved into a brand new 7,000 square foot facility. Our facilities include 10 exam rooms, a comfort room, a large treatment/ICU area, and separate dental and surgical suites. We offer a large state-of-the-art indoor equine treatment area. In addition, we have an outdoor cattle working facility and a portable hydraulic squeeze chute.
Experienced Veterinarians or new graduates are welcome to enjoy mentorship and continued monthly training. We have a new graduate mentoring program to help transition into practice. Our practice encompasses small and large animals, as well as furred, feathered, and scaled exotic pets. New associates may choose to focus on one or all of the above. Our services range from preventative canine and feline visits to extensive orthopedic surgeries. Join our team and practice cutting-edge, high-quality medicine with in-house IDEXX lab, Aesculight surgical laser, Companion therapy laser, digital radiography (including dental), ultrasound, and orthopedic surgical equipment.
