Our team at Lee’s Summit Animal Hospital North is looking for a friendly, motivated, compassionate, team-oriented veterinarian to help us provide high quality medical, surgical and dental care with an emphasis on client service. Lee’s Summit Animal Hospital North started as a satellite location to serve a local boarding facility in 1992 and has grown to be a fully independent practice in a brand-new building that is exceptionally well equipped. This is a great opportunity for an established veterinarian or a new graduate. We offer a comprehensive mentoring program for new graduates.
We are a thriving practice with a solid support staff and enjoy providing excellent care and having fun while doing so. Our team is dedicated to the vision of growing the clinic and supportive of the demands of high quality medicine. We are seeking to continue to grow our practice into a premiere local clinic for all life stages and medical needs. We are also looking to build in an urgent care option to better serve our clients and patients.
We have a deep connection to the community and there is a fantastic sense of client loyalty and relationships present. We have a great number of multi-generational clients and families.
Our brand-new facility opened in July 2022 and is equipped with:

Skills and Basic Qualifications
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which applicant is to be employed.
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Works collaboratively with hospital team members.
