Nassau Humane Society improves the lives of pets in our community by providing shelter, compassionate care, adoption services, and education about responsible pet ownership. Our work focuses on reducing animal overpopulation and homeless pets. We have a full-service adoption center and shelter, mobile clinic, dog park and two resale stores. We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Shelter Veterinarian to lead our medical operations and ensure the highest standards of animal care at our no-kill shelter. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week). As the Shelter Veterinarian, you'll coordinate shelter medical operations, provide top-notch care including spay/neuter services, and develop advanced shelter medicine protocols. You'll manage a team of veterinary tech
