Year 1 – Owner Training and Mentorship Year

Salary - $150,000 ProSal (no negative accrual)
*Anticipated Production Bonus - $10,000-$20,000
Signing Bonus - $25,000
Benefits Package Value - $24,300
401K – 4% Match annually

PTO – 3 weeks , No On-Call or After-Hours Responsibility

Year 2 – Owner / Partner

*Anticipated Owner Income - $200,000+

Year 3 – Owner / Partner

*Anticipated Owner Income - $230,000+

Year 4 – Owner / Partner

*Anticipated Owner Income - $270,000+

Year 5 – Owner / Partner

*Anticipated Owner Income - $300,000+

Year 6 – Owner / Partner

Duncan Animal Hospital is one of SynergyVet's brand new, full-service, private practice specializing in companion animal medicine.
