Our non-corporate private practice in NC (coastal NC right on the water/2hrs north of Wilmington) is seeking another Associate Veterinarian. AAHA, five doctor, small animal/exotic (birds, reptiles, pocket pets), general practice which is privately owned. Has complete in house lab (Idexx), Truforma T4 equipment, digital xray, digital dental xray, ECG, anes monitoring system, hi speed dental equipment. Brand new 13,000 sq foot building. 4 RVTs on staff. Our veterinarians have a wide range of experience and many have been with us since graduation. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment and have mentored new graduates in recent years. Employee quality of life is paramount to us: full-time doctors have a four-day work week with flexible scheduling, no on call.. Well trained support staff in a modern, well managed practice. 2.5/1 staff to doctor ratio. Four day work week (8-5:30). Good collegial environment, collaborative team with great management.
