The Carrabassett Valley area of Maine is a last stronghold of good living in small town USA. We have recently renovated our small animal clinic and have in-house lab and digital x-ray and ultrasound, endoscopy, and dental x-ray. We are one of the only veterinary practices in the area which is actively growing and anticipate adding another veterinarian to our two-person practice; we would be open, also, to adding two individuals sharing a position.
Now we need you--a dedicated, experienced professional or new graduate keen on living and working in one of the most beautiful areas of Vacationland with many local places to hike and bike, fish, boat, hunt, snowmobile and 10 miles from a world-renowned Sugarloaf/USA ski resort and golf course. But, more than that, this is a wonderful place to live and raise a family.
Our new veterinarians will enjoy:
State-of-the-art Veterinary Clinic
Work with efficiency and ease in our thoughtfully planned facility, with digital imaging capabilities and modern lab facilities, all integrated into our cloud-based medical record.
Lovely Accommodations
Short- or long-term housing is available to help you get settled fast: A brand new duplex with two- or three-bedroom private units and a newly renovated two bedroom apartment are located on our 5 acre property
Personal Growth
We take pride in our work and believe in the potential of every team member. We encourage the exploration of advancement opportunities by empowering you to take ownership of your role on our team, focusing on individual strengths and supporting new ideas in a collaborative approach to our shared success. We also happily provide funding for ongoing education for CME and beyond.
And for new grads,
We’re confident that a mentorship by Dr. Benson, with 40+ years in practice, coupled with a fantastic support team in a fully modernized practice will provide a deep sense of fulfillment as well as professional and financial success
