Buffalo Veterinary Group is happy to host externs!  We are a group of 10 privately-owned AAHA-certified hospitals located in suburban Buffalo, NY.  Two of our hospitals are open 24-hours for urgent and emergent care.  This allows for comprehensive patient care, diversity in caseload, and plenty of learning opportunities.  The ideal candidate is interested in practicing high quality medicine, is patient and personable, and communicates well. It is also important to be self-motivated and eager to increase your knowledge. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills are invaluable.
