Essential Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in companion animals.
• Perform routine and elective surgical procedures.
• Interpret laboratory results, radiographs, and diagnostic imaging.
• Educate clients on preventive care, treatment options, nutrition, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with veterinary technicians, assistants, and client service representatives.
• Participate in hospital initiatives focused on quality medicine and patient care.
• Support mentorship and educational opportunities for veterinary students and team members.
• Uphold the highest standards of veterinary ethics and professionalism.

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current veterinary license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality medicine and client service.

Preferred

• Surgical experience and confidence with routine procedures.
• Interest in internal medicine, preventive care, dentistry, or surgery.
• Interest in holistic medicine- Acupuncture and Chiropractics
• Desire to participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities.
