PetVet365 is seeking associate veterinarians and new graduate veterinarians who are looking for a supportive, collaborative, and sustainable way to practice companion animal medicine.
Our hospitals are doctor-led, 100% Fear Free, and built around strong client relationships, thoughtful communication, and team-based medicine. We believe veterinarians should be able to practice high-quality medicine without sacrificing quality of life. Our hospitals close at 5pm, and full-time doctors typically work 24–32 hours per week.
This is a strong opportunity for students, new graduates, and early-career veterinarians who want mentorship, clinical growth, and a healthy team culture. PetVet365 also offers externship and preceptorship opportunities for veterinary students who want to experience our model before graduation.

What you’ll do
Provide high-quality preventive, medical, and surgical care for dogs and cats
Build meaningful relationships with clients and patients
Practice Fear Free, low-stress handling principles
Collaborate with fellow doctors, technicians, and support teams
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
Continue developing clinical confidence in general practice, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, and case management
